VRH Investigations conducts in-depth skip tracing services—from the desk and from the field. After evaluating counterparties, our reporting includes a synthesis on the findings and recommendations to the client—deliverables which are critical to the execution and performance of deals. 

We inquire with our clients on their knowledge and experience on its targets, and the purpose of the investigation. With our clients’ needs in mind, VRH takes an informed approach to its investigations, allowing us to pursue robust information and to provide a consolidated, timely analysis—complete with recommendations--informed by our core experience in collections, receivables management, and real estate development.

VRH is always available to review findings with Client upon delivery of final reports. Final reports are always accompanied by all copies of public records found during the investigation.
